Job Role: Customer Service Associate

We are hiring for Customer Service Associate Role, we invite freshers & experienced candidates both.
Minimum qualification required is Intermediate.
We have openings for one of us MNC client.
Candidate should be comfortable with:
24*7 shifts with rotational weeks offs
Comfortable to work in night shifts
Excellent communication skills

Compensation Details –

Salary Range – INR 2.0 LPA - 3.09 LPA per annum

Night Shift Allowance- INR. 115 per night (If applicable)

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
Excellent documentation skills
Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
