Position: Customer Support Representative

HEAPS is a health tech platform and Software as a Service (SAAS) provider that leverages advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to revolutionize healthcare delivery and payments models by building a 'Healthcare Network' and a 'Value-Based Care' model. HEAPS is headquartered in Singapore with subsidiaries in India and the US. The Customer Support Representative will be an integral part of the client-facing team, responsible for providing excellent service to clients and patients. The role reports directly to the Head of Operations and requires a good understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare services.
• Assist customers with information on available healthcare plans, services, and payment options.
• Provide clear and concise information regarding medical procedures and terminologies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information into the system.
• Follow pre-defined scripts and FAQs to address customer queries.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Good communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience:

• No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

Languages:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
