We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Sales to lead our growing team in developing and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives for our managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing and sales campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of the managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity industries. Ability to build USD 5 million pipeline and grow year on year and strong experience in multi-million-dollar deals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive revenue growth for managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and pay-per-click advertising.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Develop and manage sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Track and analyze marketing and sales performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date on the latest marketing and sales trends and technologies.
Ability to build USD 5M deals and strong pipeline.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
Deep understanding of the managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity industries.
Experience leading and managing a team of marketing and sales professionals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
