Job Overview:
As the Vice President of Sales for MySankalp Dream Nest Bangalore, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing key client relationships. Your expertise in sales management, team leadership, and market insights will contribute significantly to the company's success and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently perform at their best and meet individual and team quotas.
3. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business prospects.
5. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure cohesive and effective sales and marketing campaigns.
6. Implement robust sales processes, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms to track sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
7. Continuously evaluate and enhance sales strategies and methodologies to adapt to evolving market conditions.
8. Drive excellence in customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
9. Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, contracts, and agreements.
10. Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
2. Proven track record of at least 5-8 years in a senior sales management role within the real estate industry, preferably in Bangalore.
3. Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bangalore and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead sales professionals.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
