To develop accounts to meet sales targets through effective sales presentations and utilization of support services
Breaking through new clients with business for the year to cover the above mentioned target.
To optimize retention of current business by effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level either on self or by adding new client servicing teams.
Preparing presentations, cost sheets and all related coordination with the client, being the SPOC for the client during execution of activities and ensuring 100% ownership of the business.
Marketing Reports – Daily/Mid Month and Monthly reports in given format on time. Daily reports before 10 AM every day. Mid-Term reports on 15th of every month. Monthly reports before the last working day of the month by 30th.
Follow up on Invoices and Payments- Ensure invoices reach clients on time without errors. Follow up on pending payments. Invoicing to be done within 3-4 days post the activity closure
Be a good team player with the right attitude.
To follow and maintain the Wings culture (timing, dress code and leave updates). Follow dress code. Reporting to office at 9.30 AM. Less than 2 LOP’s for late coming, every 6 months. Notify in advance for leaves to immediate manager. No LOP’s. Compensatory leaves have to be approved in advance .
