COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS To be responsible for Sales Marketing all products of the company and in achieving sales marketing and collection targets for the assigned region area state Identification of business potential tracking of customers and business opportunities obtain approval of all products Identify the need and arrange product presentations with help from Marketing technical discussions and maintain good customer contacts Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support service on pre and after sales issues such as specification framing managing offers and negotiations Identify need for product approvals certification registration facilitate smooth process of approval Organise enquiry generation framing of specifications offer submission attending tender openings preparation of comparative statements analyse competitors offers discussions on offer negotiations and conversion of offers to orders 

Execution of orders in co ordination with the respective business groups and customers in respect of Drawing approvals Arranging getting waiver of inspection Despatch authorisation commercial documentation like road permits After sales service co ordination Payment follow up ensure timely collection Closure of order and collection of all statutory documents like C forms Bank Guarantees etc Visit to installations of competitors products preparation of detailed reports giving feedback for improving our products highlighting better features of own products Identify ongoing market trends and discuss and formulate business strategies with Regional Head Prepares sales forecast for following years and participates actively in reviewing and monitoring business opportunities and orders with regional head Monitor dealers and associates and provide continual guidance encouragement and support to their business activities for the company Obtain customer feedbacks performance certificates appreciation letters from key accounts and customers.
