Executive - HR - Tamil Nadu[57619963]

Job Responsibilities :

• Acquire best talent in the industry by formulating appropriate talent acquisition strategies

• Develop people by identifying the training and developmental needs of individuals and providing them required training

• Develop the right employee relationship framework to address to the employee grievance and tender resolutions

• Ensure smooth integration of new recruits into the organization through well planned and effective induction programs

• Coordinate with all concerned departments and understand their people requirements and concerns around the same

• Ensure timely payment of salary and other reimbursements to employees

• Maintain a friendly work environment and achieve high employee engagement levels

• Ensure compliance to labor related statutory regulations

• Ensure timely performance management process

Education Requirements : Graduate/ Post Graduation

Experience Requirements : 0 to 8 years
