Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets within the designated territory, focusing on channel and dealer networks.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective channel development aligned with the company's objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, dealers, and channel partners.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate product solutions through the channel network.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record (4-6 years) in sales, emphasizing channel and dealer network management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Sound knowledge of the Maharashtra market and industries such as Cold Room ,Industrial, Pharma, etc.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
