Job Summary: As a Fresher Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the organizational staffing needs. You will be responsible for identifying potential candidates through various channels, assessing their qualifications, and facilitating the hiring process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize job boards, social media, university career centers, and other channels to source potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for available positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate interview details and provide necessary information to candidates and interviewers.
Candidate Evaluation:
Gather feedback from hiring managers and interviewers to assess candidate suitability.
Assist in making recommendations for candidate selection or rejection.
Offer Management:
Coordinate and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Previous internship or work experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
