Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in menu planning and recipe development, showcasing your creativity and culinary skills
2. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production for both the restaurant and banquets
3. Support in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation, and minimizing wastage
4. Assist in training and overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
5. Contribute to the development of new food concepts and seasonal menus, keeping up with the latest industry trends
6. Aid in organizing and executing special events, providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests
7. Assist with administrative tasks, such as monitoring food costs, creating reports, and analyzing customer feedback
