Designation- HR & Administration Coordinator

- Recruitment of contractual manpower as per plan & administration of all contract labor.
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
- Manage time office and Attendance.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Manage and update ISO Documentation for the Department.
- Managing workplace safety issues
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Work with company Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Qualification, Experience & Soft Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- Knowledge combined with practical experience of minimum 2-3 years in the similar industry
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role
- Technical knowledge of software like ESSL or any other ERP system
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- IT Skills- MS office
- Analytical Ability, Interpersonal Skill, Problem Solving Skill
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
