Reports to:SME
Job purpose
The HR Counsellor interacts with the employees of our clients and captures their feedback. They use unbiased, nonjudgmental conversation techniques that help in understanding the truth at a granular level. This in turn forms the basis for root cause analysis of challenges and designing targeted solutions.
Duties and responsibilities
Conduct Exit interviews to understand root cause of attrition and update the information captured in the system.
Conduct E-Sat surveys to understand employee feedback and identify satisfiers and dis-satisfiers and update the information captured in the system.
Conduct other Engagement Surveys as per client requirement
Flag outliers, create a flag document and escalate these to the SME.
Qualifications
B.A./M.A. Psychology
M.B.A – HR
PGD in HR
Competencies:
Fluency in Written & Verbal Communication in English and Oral Fluency in any 1 regional Language.
Typing – 30 wpm.
Listening & Probing skills.
Enthusiastic people who can gel in with the vibrant crowd here.
Working conditions
May be required to work weekends if needed. Comp offs will be provided to those employees who work on weekends.
