· Sourcing right talent from a diverse portfolio - job portals, campuses, talent partners etc. and developing these channels to optimize their productivity
· Manage and execute end to end recruitment within the stipulated aggressive timelines
· Build the talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets within the standard timelines
· Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers.
· Prepare reports on Recruitment updates
· End-to-End Recruitment
· Keep better co-ordination between candidates.
· Relationship management with candidates
