Job Description for HR Intern

General Description:

Provides secretarial/administrative support in the recruiting area such as interview scheduling, agency invoice handling, sourcing from agency
Ability to use Google Office Suite
May arrange business travel, coordinate meetings, support agenda management and expense tracking, and prepare presentations and departmental reports

Complexity of the job:

Works on assignments that are generally standard in nature.
Identifies and solves basic problems and presents alternatives in a useful/logical manner.
