Responsibilities and Duties

About the Internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates from online portals & events (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.)

2. Sort and screen resume of candidates who apply on our careers site

3. Perform pre-screening calls to ascertain a fit for role

4. Schedule interviews with the relevant interviewers

5. Engage with candidates post-offer (relevant resources will be given - newsletters, blog posts, etc.)

6. The Intern would be part of the Talent Acquisition team as recruitment co-ordinator.

7. The role would involve sourcing/ screening CV's, interview co-ordination, assessments & MIS.
