Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and implement the recruitment strategies
2. Work on the entire recruitment process, including the sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, Naukri, and internal databases
3. Work on scheduling interviews with hiring managers and conducting screening interviews
4. Maintain ATS, communicate feedback, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
5. Share feedback with candidates and provide proper information
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in communication discipline or human resources
2. Any past work experience in communications or talent acquisition is a plus
3. Strong presenting and communication abilities
4. Creative, can-do attitude
5. Strong sense of ownership combined with a great desire to learn
