This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for human resources and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

Updating company databases by putting new employee contact information.

Screening potential employee’s resumes to identify suitable candidates.

Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Preparing and sending offer letters and rejection letters to candidates.

Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.

Organizing new hire orientations.

Gathering payroll information like leaves, working hours, and bank account information.

Reviewing and distributing company policies.

Posting job openings on various job posting sites and social media platforms.
