Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Continuously observe and assess employee performance across various departments
2. Develop and implement effective performance tracking systems
3. Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas needing improvement
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations
5. Provide constructive feedback to employees and managers
6. Coordinate with department heads to set performance goals and expectations
7. Develop strategies to address performance issues
8. Implement performance improvement plans where necessary
9. Foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning
10. Identify training needs based on performance evaluations
11. Organize and oversee training and development programs
12. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives on performance
13. Create and update performance evaluation policies and procedures
14. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
15. Communicate policies effectively to all staff levels
16. Work closely with senior management to align performance metrics with organizational goals
17. Engage with employees to understand their challenges and motivations
18. Facilitate open communication between staff and management regarding performance issues
19. Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics and progress
20. Document all performance reviews and feedback sessions
21. Analyze and present findings to senior management
