Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations and administration. Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interests.

Coordinate logistics for interviews, including booking rooms and communicating with candidates.

Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Handle general HR inquiries from employees and redirect them to appropriate team members when necessary.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist with other HR tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
