• We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. 
  
• You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process.
  
• Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.
  

What kind of tasks will you have?

• Coordinate with the recruitment agencies
  
• Using social media for finding the best profile
  
• Screening CV's based on the profile
  
• Managing pre-screening interview
  
• Writing job adverts and posting them to different platforms
  

We have been searching for you, if you

• Are self-confident in English communication
  
• Are interested in HR processes and the different field of Human Resources (especially IT sector)
  
• Can communicate easily and you are not afraid of phone interviews
  
• Are ready to work remotely
