Job Description
As an HR Executive at Nimesa,, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various tasks, including employee onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.You will work closely work with the Top management in fulfilling these responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain and update employee records.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise & update company policies.
- Develop training, onboarding and Exit material for employees.
- Respond to employee’s questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days
- they're eligible for and maintenance of leave and work from home records)
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance partners and vendors.
- Create regular reports and presentations on Team metrics.
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of
- absence, sick days and work schedules and share monthly HR input for paroll)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms for employees.
- Organize HR activities (e.g. help organize office events)
Requirements:
- 6 month to 1 year of HR operation or administrative experience is must.
- Bacherols/Master degree in HR is must.
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to workt, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, HR & Operations Executive or relevant role
- Experience with HR software such as HRMS and administrative tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR operation and administration in SaaS Based start-up is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of trends in Policies and admistrations is preferred.

Compensation: 3 to 3.6 LPA
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (In-Office)
Experience: 6 month to 1 Year
Working days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
