Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Keep a tab on the pulse of the people by leveraging various sources (HealthCheck, pulse surveys, exit interviews, etc.) and drive effective programs that continue to improve engagement and the people's experience
2. Advise key stakeholders on ways to reinforce and strengthen culture, community, and engagement
3. Participate in and support recognition programs and communications Oversees employee relation issues which may include: intake, investigations, conflict resolution session(s),and actioning any next steps
4. Create and Analyze HR metrics time and again to make an effective decision
5. Assist in the compensation annual revision process and help maintain the pay plan and benefits program
6. Drive analytics to provide insights to leadership on the internal/external trends and movements in compensation
7. Bring in attrition control measures
8. Drive compelling employee engagement initiatives regularly and build powerful connections with the employees
9. Liaise across HR teams to support stakeholders with specific issue areas (onboarding, orientation, people guidelines, POSH, etc.)
10. Work with other HR teams and other corporate functions to create and maintain best practices that drive shared outcomes and deliver strong impact/positive customer experience
11. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the broader HR team.
12. Serve as a change management agent/champion
13. Provide expertise and partners with the business leaders and performance management team to validate performance information, promotion recommendations, and coaching activities
14. Support leadership sessions and communications about performance and promotions
