·       Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.

·       Provide timely updates and communication to candidates regarding their application status and next steps in the recruitment process.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

·       Any Bachelor’s degree.

·       Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.

·       Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

·       Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

·       Prior internship or relevant work experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.

·       Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices is desirable.

·       Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
