To excel in this role you should be a people person, have a conversational personality, and empathy towards the applicants, candidates & employees.

This is an unpaid internship for 3 months and shall be converted into a Full-time role based on the performance & productivity during the internship period.

Duration of the Internship: 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Working on recruitment and selection as per company's requirements. (90% IT Recruitment + 10% Functional Recruitment).
• Source & screen the best resources and job applications through different job boards & social media platforms.
• Posting jobs and attracting talent through social networking.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management or any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google suite.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, being proactive, and handle uncertainty.
