·         Sourcing resume from different portals, social media networking sites and job boards.

·         Ability to develop job descriptions

·         Ability to write assessments for candidates at mid and senior level management positions

·         Interact with the candidates on social media and professional networking sites

·         Develop the talent pipeline for the specified mandate

·         Communicate and coordinate with the candidate for updated CV, shortlisting and subsequent interviews

·         Maintain the candidate database in ATS

·         Monitor and manage the delivery of recruitment assignments according to the agreed process.

• Support the senior recruitment team in organizing interviews and conducting technical recruitment related tests;
• Perform other ad-hoc activities related to recruitment processes;
