Good Experience in Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications given by client.
Should have worked on different job portals viz., Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc., (We will train you, if, required!).
Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining at the client site.
