Designation: Technical Recruiter - Freshers (On-Site)

Experience: Freshers

Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM

Working days: 5 days a week

Location: Malakpet / Hyderabad

Commitment for 2yrs ( Mandatory )

Requirement and Responsibilities:

Excellent Communication Skills
Should be 2023 passed out graduates
Any Graduation Degree with Computers background
Comfortable working in Night shift
Building and keeping good relationships with the managers who will be hiring and other important people to understand their needs and wants for new hires.
Making sure the company’s goals for hiring are met in a timely and cost-effective way by carrying out the recruitment strategy.
Checking and deciding if candidates are qualified and a good fit for the job.
Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities.
Providing mentorship to hiring managers and other important people throughout the hiring process.
Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement.
Following company policies and legal regulations related to hiring.
Improving the hiring process to make it more efficient and cost-effective.
Making sure the hiring process promotes diversity and inclusivity.
