Requirements:

Experience: 0-1 year
Excellent Written and Oral Communication
Knowledge of professional and social media usage
Positive and a go-getter attitude towards work
Ability and willingness to learn new skill sets
Ability and willingness to keep oneself updated of various developments in targeted industries
High target and delivery orientation
Proficient in use of Excel and Word

Working Days: 6 days (Monday- Saturday)

Compensation: 3.6 LPA (20K in hand monthly)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment (Source to hire)
Source through various job portals and social media
Conduct Initial Interview rounds of the candidates
Salary Negotiation and Offer Management
Adherence to Taggd processes and policies
Internal/External Stakeholder Management
Maintain the dashboards (Daily/Weekly/ Monthly)
