·    Attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks.

·    Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, HRIS, or other HR software.

·    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, establish rapport with employees, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

·    Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
