HR - Technical Team Building jobs in Mumbai at Praan

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work directly with our founder's vision to understand the global talent requirements and accordingly formulate a strategic priority-based hiring plan & work alongside all engineering and design teams to understand human resources requirements
2. Design and build college recruiting collaborations on behalf of the company
3. Understand skill requirements and expectations for each open position, find, and reach out to engage with prospective candidates
4. Sort through high-volume resumes for short-listing candidates for interviews
5. Manage both active and passive candidate funnels and drive referrals
6. Conduct behavioral interviews through phone/video to pass candidates for technical interviews as per the company procedures
7. Track applicant progress and schedule each stage of the interview with appropriate team members to expedite closure
8. Coordinate and plan on-site final stage interviews
9. Ensure successful closure and conduct orientation and onboarding sessions with applicants
10. Work alongside the existing team to build their online presence
11. Help to organize and plan team-building activities
12. Help to organize and plan team growth activities
