Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Orient and understand the vision, culture, and core values of the organization so that effective discharge of functions takes place as per the guidelines prepared for optimum organizational improvement
2. Assist in all human resources functions from recruitment and onboarding to the separation of the employees under the guidance and directions given by the superiors.
3. Take an active part in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, organizational development interventions, and quality improvement sessions
4. Undertake all recordkeeping and filing activities of the human resources function so that proper filing of personnel files and other documents is carried out with means for prompt and accurate retrieval
5. Participate in all continuous quality improvement (CQI) programs so that there is constant upgradation of services provided by the organization
6. Collect data on employee grievances and conducts effective follow-up of the same so that employee delight is maintained at all times
