Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting job description in job portals and sourcing the candidates
2. Working on initial screening and scheduling interviews
3. Maitaining employee records (digital & physical)
4. Managing attendance data and reconciling/managing payroll (only data preparation)
5. Documenting policies (code of conduct, leave policy, insurance policy, etc.)
6. Working on people management and bringing changes in the company
7. Issuing offer letters and working on salary negotiations
8. Surveying the salaries of other peer players in the industry
9. Running appraisal cycles
10. Working on human resource planning and intelligence
11. Working on quarterly team outings and team lunches
12. Working on regular 1:1 interactions with the employees
13. Maintaining the company's holiday calendar.
14. Onboarding employees and handholding prior to allocation of business units

The process set up will be as follows:

1. Appraisal process, 360-degree feedback, and continuous evaluation
2. Payroll process
3. HRMS data and leave management
4. Hiring process
