Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create sourcing plans that meet the demands of the business requirements and execute the plan
2. Build a robust pipeline by searching and screening candidates through recruitment channels such as internal recruitment, employee referral, and direct sourcing
3. Work closely with the business to drive best practices by creating job descriptions and interviewing
4. Work through and maintain candidate data within the ATS (Oracle) including weekly reporting
