Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with students and companies and align interviews
2. Help students identify employment options that match their career interests
3. Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job openings
4. Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers
5. Identify the number and types of positions needed
6. Assist with maintaining an employer database(s)
7. Maintain student files as needed
8. Handle any other duties assigned by the management
9. Place the academic students in various companies
10. Work with excising clients and as well as adding new clients to the organization
11. Arrange mock interviews and recruitment workshops
12. Orient students and alumni to career planning must assist their obtaining employment
13. Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with academic departments and program managers
14. Participate in coordination and organization of on-campus events such as regular placements drive and annual career
15. Ensure that all students are rightly matched
16. Build a good network with various corporate companies
