About the internship

We are looking for IT recruitment interns who would work remotely.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on end-to-end IT recruitment in the domestic market
2. Understand the JD/role description and search relevant resumes from job portals and professional and social networking sites
3. Screen applicants through telephonic conversation based on the profiles match with the JD and communication skills
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews of candidates
5. Post offer engagement with candidates till joining and post joining follow-up
6. Create and maintain candidate database and also maintain trackers of profiles shared with the clients
