Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate and participate in the interview process
2. Contact candidates and internal interview panels
3. Work on document collection and handle recruitment operations
4. Maintain and update documents/work on Excel
5. Handle human resources management activities and handle employee life cycle projects with filing
6. Update company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
7. Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
8. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
9. Post job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms and assist in the planning of company events
10. Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
11. Coordinate new hire orientations
12. Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
13. Work on managing the end to end recruitment process including lateral & leadership recruitment
14. Identify relevant sources of recruitment, stay networked in the industry, and track movements of key potential talent in the market
15. Come up with a recruitment plan based on the approved headcount
16. Manage recruitment logistics such as the calendar and interview plans for open positions
