| 1. Generating qualified leads and prospects through self-effort and achieve sales target for Sales team 2. To understand the customer needs & take the lead in designing solutions to ensure sales closure. 3. Customer sales closure (supporting internal teams by acting as representative of Swan over the phone, providing product and sales expertise) 4. Follow systematic sales process (Detailed planning of sales activities, creating and following-up on leads in a systematic manner, recording information in a meticulous manner) 5. To Liaison with the principal vendors in designing the solutions and its commercials. 6. To negotiate with the principals and distributors on additional discounts and payment terms on the transaction. 7. To regularly follow up with back-office team on order status and helping them in executing the order. 8. To ensure collection of payment due. 9. Update all the opportunity, activity, and closure of opportunity on regular basis of self on sales automation tool. |
