Designation: Technical Sales Officer/Technical Sales Executive (U.S international voice process)

Key Responsibilities:

Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services. Knowledge of Internet troubleshooting
Need to Handle US Technical Sales / Support Calls.
Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, POP UP Calls, PPC Calls and Other Related Peripherals and Issues.
Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
Salary: INR 1,80,000 - 2,60,000 P.A. + Fabulous Incentives + Meal.(Freshers)
Experienced: 35k + Extra Benefits.

Skill Required:

Candidate must be comfortable with night shifts.
Experience into Domestic with average com skill can apply.
Fresher or Candidate with Minimum 1 Year experience in troubleshooting of Laptop/Desktop/Windows Technical Issues(Voice/ Remote).
Should be comfortable with Night shifts.
Should be comfortable with Remote Support/ Voice Process.
Graduate/ Undergraduate/ 12th Pass can Apply.
