Role and Responsibilities: -
• Understand the requirements for various positions for IT Clients and Requisitions.
• Mobilize human resources through various means such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, References.
• Recruitment experience in middle & higher-level management.
• Involved in large-scale recruitment activities involving searching, filtering, shortlisting of resumes and scheduling personal interviews.
• Sorting of data and formatting of resumes before sending to the client.
• Screening through CV'S, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client.
• Conducting interviews for short-listed candidates.
• Coordinating interview as per the client's requirement
• Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken.
• Maintaining & updating the Database.
• Should be Good with Candidate Follow - Up
• Maintaining invoice details of hired candidates.
• Client interaction, Client Anchoring, Account Management.
• Should be Target Driven
