Roles and Responsibilities:

· Sourcing of Freelancers/corporate trainers/ freelance technical trainers for C2H/full-time.

· Sourcing trainers on a regular basis for current and future needs.

· Coordinating training for the corporate on a regular basis.

· Involved with Technical hiring for various MNCs’ PAN India and across the globe.

· Working with key account managers to execute the training successfully.

· Handling recruitment process if any from Junior to senior level for freelancers/C2H /Permanent Staffing/Vendor Management.

· Handling internal recruitment positions if any.

· Technically screen candidates for their technical skills as per the requirements.

· Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.

· Negotiation of Salary range to fit both company /candidate comfort level and satisfaction.

· Completing tasks in given TAT.

Required Skills:

· Proven work experience as IT Recruiter would be preferred.

· Should have worked on Latest IT Technologies.

· Should have Exp. & Knowledge of Job Portals

· Well-versed with Mass Mail/ Job posting & screening.

· Good experience in working with various Technical Niche skill sets would be an added advantage.

· Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and utilize the same in an efficient manner.
