Qualifications :

Lead Generation Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and execution of the company's lead generation and referral marketing programs.
This individual will drive the lead generation strategy for India & Greater Asia Region. Defines, outlines, and executes the lead generation programs to deliver expected lead quality, conversions and customer satisfaction.
Drive to meet Leads & prospects goals for established pipelines. Qualifying and nurturing leads through the early stages of the conversion pipeline.
Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
Regularly works closely with and influences senior management or executive levels on talent related issues concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
Ensures company staffing requirements are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
Ensures consistent corporate image throughout internal and external talent marketing campaigns.
Identifies and maintains contracts with outside vendors for recruiting and learning solutions.
Develops and/or approves content, methods, and materials for staff learning and development.
