- Reach out to the retailers (inroadz customers) and explain them about services and offers.
- Create registrations for them and convert them into buyers
- Provide customer support to website visitors over the phone and email
- Use consultative sales approach to help outbound/inbound customers make purchasing decisions and upsell
- Establish relationships with new and returning customers through phone and email outreach and assist them with purchasing offered packages
- Recent graduate with any stream
- Experience of using excel and doing basic calculations
- Dynamic personality and proven problem solver
- Strong communication skills
- English/Hindi and 1 additional regional language preferred
- Work location: Noida
