Responsibilities and Duties
· Generating leads and managing walk-in clients.
· Responsible for client follow-ups and coordinating the site visit.
· Maintain and update listings of available properties.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
· Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
· Speak and understand the clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
· Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
· Make negotiations with buyers and fix the price.
· Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
