Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
2. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
3. Help maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system, ensuring a seamless recruitment workflow
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes by providing insights and suggesting innovative ideas
