Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Talent Sourcing: Craft and execute effective strategies to pinpoint top talent within your specialized field
2. Candidate Engagement: Discover and engage with potential candidates through networking, job boards, and social media
3. Research Excellence: Utilize diverse tools and resources to identify promising candidates who align with our requirements
4. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates to ensure they match the role and our company culture
5. Offer Negotiation: Master the art of offer negotiation and help close deals with successful candidates
6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
7. Performance Goals: Strive to meet or exceed daily placement objectives and monthly revenue targets
