Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on strategic planning and management
2. Working on screening and sourcing
3. Assisting with stakeholder management
4. Managing talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
5. Keeping job descriptions up-to-date and accurate
6. Taking interviews and scheduling calls as per the requirements
7. Maintaining tracker and candidate database
8. Drafting policies, employee grievances, payroll support, and other important HR functions
