· Coordinate with sales team on real time basis to implement management policies,
· Maintain relevant and important documents/communication for/to sales team,
· Ensure the adequacy and proper utilization of sales-related stationary or material
· Responsible to management and ensure follow-up with field staff to get desired objective,
· Store and sort Sales data, Employee details, Financial and non-financial details in electronic form and present reports,
· Accountable to follow all management orders with accuracy and timeliness to ensure smooth sales process,
· Ensure hygiene to address inter-department issues and report to management for unforeseen delays or problems,
· Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements,
· Assist in the preparation and organizing of sales reporting by all means of communication- Tele-call, Digital and written,
