Roles and Responsibilities
• Have appointments - Sales presentations and handling meeting individual
• Conduct market research to identify selling, possibilities &evaluate customer needs
• Promote properties through open houses, email campaigns, calls, and advertisements
• networking & social media, setup meeting with clients
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, update market conditions, and related information, Field Work
• Conducting Property Viewings
• Shortlisting and finalization
• Negotiate/Convince / close deals
• Prepare and proofread real estate documents and contracts/Agreement
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge in MS Powerpoint.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
