Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit card products and loan services to potential customers through various sales channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by proactively identifying and targeting potential customers.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable credit card and loan options.
Provide accurate and detailed information about the features, benefits, and terms of credit card products and loan services to prospective customers.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and credit card forms, ensuring all required documentation is provided and accurately filled out.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and customer service representatives, to ensure a smooth loan application and approval process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our credit card products and loan services in the market.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is plus.
Strong knowledge of credit card products, loan services, and financial products and services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey complex information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation.
Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer needs and overcome objections.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and sales events as required.
