Responsibilities:

- Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to understand their preferences
and property requirements.
- Provide accurate information on properties, pricing, and market trends to potential buyers or
investors.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a database of clients and their preferences to facilitate effective communication and
future sales opportunities.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, including active listening and persuasive communication, to
convert leads into sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software or similar tools for managing customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
